It's a Subway. What do you expect? It's as good as a Subway gets. Fast, efficient service. Walking distance to my office. An outside seating area with views of the front Range mountains. A church attached and a 12-step meeting location around the corner in the same building. Everything you could ever want in one place.

Great location hidden in DTC, right off of orchard! Crowds are hit and miss, sometimes it's a ghost town, other times the line is out the doors. The workers hustle and the location is random, they share a building with a ministry, crossfit gym and some kind of blank anonymous group and you can totally tell who those people are. This is within walking distance of work so I tend to go here when I want something quick, easy and healhy.

Very clean and large subway. I normally take my lunch back to my office as I have a difficult time finding a place to sit comfortably. This Subway is huge and it seems to be somewhat hidden so maybe they don't get much traffic. Either way I was able to stay away from the office for my entire lunch hour which I really enjoyed. The staff was an interesting mix with one being incredibly rude and the second being incredibly nice but there was no wasting time from either that I saw. When it got quiet they went straight to cleaning the already very clean store, something I don't always notice at fast food stores. The food is typical subway quality I enjoy a meatball sandwich on a cold day.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever at this Subway. I went in on a Sunday and there was a sign outside of the door. States buy one foot long get one free with the purchase of a large drink. I went through the line and got my food drink etc. I didnt notice that I didnt get the free sandwich. Called the next day and they stated you could come in and get a refund. I came in two weeks later to get my refund. The store manager told me that you have to ask for the discount. I then stated it is not stated on the sign that you need to ask for that. She then replied stating its actually only for church members. I asked, if it is for only for church members, one it doesnt state that and 2 why is it right in front of the door. She replied back well they were busy in the morning and didnt have time to move it back closer to the church door. Classic deflection of responsibility. Just Shut up and say sorry we made a simple mistake and here is your refund for the sandwich. I then called the customer service hotline for the subway and states that someone will reply back to you within 48 hours. I am currently on 72+ hours for this. Well its the last time I will go to this Subway. It was the closest to my house but it will take a cold day in Hell for me to go back there
